Report 046 - [Video]

[Riza turns on her PCD, the occasional bark heard in the background, somewhere else in the house.  She looks as if she is about to announce something, but then a crash is heard, soon followed by dogs whining.

Riza just stares blankly at the feed, blinks, and then sighs as she gets up and leaves the room.  She's gone for a few minutes and when she comes back, she makes a private filter.]

In my world, at least, the bride usually has a handful of women to attend to her on the wedding day, and stand with her during the ceremony. They usually are her sisters or close friends, but I have no sisters or very close female friends here, which is where you come in. And I understand how non-traditional I am with asking a man to fill in, but...

[Her voice lowers slightly.]

The thing closest, I think is the First ceremony. The mother or sometimes elder sibling tends and prepares the young. I will do the same. -=he bows deeply, even though he's facing the PCD.=-

It's good for him. And Hayate can teach him what I really want, so it's very beneficial.

They aren't, no. They just have the urges to be boys and let off steam, which is fine.

[Luca heard that crash from her room, so soon, she's peeking her head around the corner to see what's going on. She's been in your house for over a month, Riza, and she still hasn't got to know you very well yet, so she's still nervous~]

[She considers throwing the plate pieces away, but...duh, she lives with an alchemist. It would be a waste to get rid of the pieces they could possibly need in the future. Riza dumps them on the counter and makes a mental note to bug Roy about it later.]

[Luca just kind of stands in the hallway, watching Riza pick up the pieces. She would help, but it looks like she's already got it covered.]

Hayate and Dakota were roughhousing a little too much, I think.

...And have run off like the little guilty things they are. Figures.

Having Hayate around had been a nice surprise, and it had only been a matter of time before he and Dakota started playing rough and tumble.

It was just a shame they had the break something that he'd misplaced.

It's later, after the mess is cleared up that he shuffles into the kitchen, Hayate at his heels - curious about what he's doing. He's trying to do this without Riza noticing.

"Ah. Hayate... Go."
