Report 058 - [Accidental Video]

followstheflame[Riza's PCD has a funny tendency to turn on by itself recently. But this time, she's not drowning her woes in empty bottles or pretending to be fine when she's obviously not. No, this time the scene is playing out in the park and she throws a stick, both of her dogs racing to retrieve it. She waits for them, smiling as she watches the animals bump into each other and playfully fight over the stick.
Black Hayate comes out victorious, however, and proudly trots back, dropping the stick at Riza's feet. She bends down and gives him a quick scratch on the head.]
Good boy, Hayate!
[Of course that makes Dakota jealous. A little ways off, he barks, as if trying to get some of that attention, even at his distance.]
Dakoooota~
[Hearing Riza sing-song his name, the white fuzzball howls back at her, the noise pretty similar to how she had spoken. Riza smiles more and picks up the stick, and tosses it again.]
Go get it!
[Immediately, Dakota snatches up the stick in his mouth, but Hayate is on his heels and jumps on top of him, making an all-too-literal dog pile. Letting the stick fall from his mouth, Dakota decides wrestling with his buddy is much more interesting and proceeds to fight both gravity and the black dog, trying to come out on top.
While all this is going on, Riza watches attentively.
And starts to laugh.]

Date: 2011-06-13 07:41 am (UTC)Thank you. Black Hayate is actually my dog from home whom I was lucky enough to meet here again. I've had him for a couple of years. Dakota was a gift here and he's a little over a year old.

She's my cat from back home. A really beautiful black cat. I have a cat here, too, named Pearl.
