Report 054 - [Video]

[This month just keeps getting better and better.  Riza had hated to leave Negi during such a horrible time, but this new city suddenly emerging in the Wastes demands her attention.  She's made her way to the top of one section of the Great Wall, separating the Safezone from the Wastes, and has her rifle slung across her back, the barrel of the weapon visible over her shoulder.  Her hair is pulled back in a hasty ponytail, as well; obviously her appearance at such a time comes second.

But it's still evident that she means serious business.]

People of Adstringendum, there is indeed a city in the Wastelands.  I can see it right now.  I don't know too much about it, but if you do approach it, please do so with caution.  We don't know what kind of tricks the Animus are up to this week.

As for anyone in the new city, we mean you no harm.

[Okay, mostly not.  There are some residents that just do not care, but she doesn't want to frighten anyone.]

If any of you can even see this message, please respond and inform me of your situation.  The more information we have of each other, the easier it should become to work together and figure this out.

Thank you for your cooperation.

[She ends the feed.]

[Video] Afsdfd the icon text. xD

I see... He doesn't talk about, so he might even remember it. If he doesn't, Maes does know that he died back in the world he came from.

[Which means Trance was probably going to give a different warning depending on Riza's answer. If she knew Maes from before it, she'd have just warned that things happened, but kept it vague.]

He works for the government in Veles now. Takes care of the people here and everything. I have a feeling it was like that back in your world, too.

[Video] Yeah, I get why she wouldn't be.

He's a very good person.

[Ah, the question about the explosions, though. She seems to be debating on how to answer that. Though she eventually decides on face-value without any probabilities and theories.]

Well, I wasn't told the long-term plans or intentions. You know Maes, and where he works, so... His bosses aren't the best people, and the building is in the district he works at.

[And Riza might be able to piece together what Trance is saying, and probably even guess more by knowing Maes more personally.]

[Video] Makes sense, the nomming. She IS blonde, after all...

Considering... He wouldn't have had such a party without planning a cover zone for him and those that attended. He's probably fine.

As long as it's not obvious that you're armed, it should be easy enough to come here and visit. You'll get to know Veles and everyone here better, too.

I've went outside the walls, but... I'm not sure if he's going to lay low or not. I was going to head to your city tomorrow, actually.

The guards should be keeping busy with what's happened, at least. So it should be okay to go in and out of Veles. It's possible, at least.

Is there anything else you need to know about?

If I recall correctly, there's a president. Though I don't know about him being in charge. It's hard to tell where government and military begin and end, so who's ultimately in charge...

[Shrugs a little.]

For those that showed up in Veles from the Gate, the closest person to being would be Maes. He doesn't actually tell us what to do, but he's the highest in ranks of us and has most influence. It's likely that the natives won't react very nicely to you if any are out and cross paths with you. If you act natural, they might ignore and assume you've been in Veles and came through the Gate.

It is. We don't see it again after being brought to the city, so we can't tell you much about it. Not unless that changes and things cross over again.
