From tonight I'd like you to try and keep a regular sleep schedule and eat at fixed times. Even if you're not hungry. It is not going to be easy, but if you stick to eat for a few weeks, your body should ... evacuate some of that stress at least. I can see you again then and see if you're feeling better.
